Introducing The Gathering Room

Introducing The Gathering Room

We’ve officially thrown open the doors to our gorgeous new space at 127 High Street, right across from Waitrose, and we’re ready to welcome you into something truly special. This isn’t just a shop – it’s the creative hub you’ve been waiting for.

Say hello to The Gathering Room, our brand-new workshop space designed with you in mind. We’ve gone all out and the lovely Jamie at A Hundred Stories has built us the perfect floristry workbench’s at exactly the right height for everyone to work at.

Jamie has also designed us a stand alone giant workbench that allows everyone to gather around and watch our demonstration, getting those creative juices flowing, before you head back to your workbench to have a go yourself.

Our two-hour workshops are all about getting you stuck in. We start with a hands-on demo on selecting, prepping, and arranging flowers. Then it’s over to you, with everything you need to craft something truly stunning. And don’t worry, we’ll be right there beside you, offering tips, tricks, and plenty of encouragement.

But that’s not all—we’ve teamed up with our fabulous neighbours, Café Chai, to make your workshop experience even better. They’re offering an exclusive 10% discount to all our workshop participants. Whether you fancy a bite to eat before you get creative or want to unwind with something tasty afterwards, Café Chai is the perfect spot to relax and indulge.

And let’s be honest, everything’s much more fun with company. So, grab a friend, a partner, or a family member and make a day of it. Create something beautiful together, then head to Café Chai for a bite. It’s the perfect way to spend some quality time and make memories that matter.

And the cherry on the cake — you’ll also enjoy a special 10% off any in-store buys during the workshop. So bring your enthusiasm, and we’ll handle the rest. It’s time to unleash your inner florist and create something extraordinary.

Autumn Workshops That Inspire

With the new season comes a fresh line-up of workshops that celebrate everything we love about autumn. From Summer Sunset inspired hand-tied bouquets and autumn door wreaths to meadow designs, dazzling Dahlia compote bowls, and five fabulous ways with eucalyptus, we’ve got a schedule that’s bursting with creativity. Whether you’re a floral newbie or a seasoned pro, these workshops are designed to spark inspiration and give you the tools to create something stunning.

A Perfect Pairing with Café Chai

We’re also thrilled to announce our partnership with our new neighbour Café Chai, just a few doors down from us. Book a workshop with us and enjoy 10% off all food and drink at Café Chai – whether it’s a pre-workshop coffee or a post-creativity catch-up with friends, we’ve got your day sorted.

Why Floristry Workshops?

Because they’re more than just a chance to learn something new. They’re an opportunity to get hands-on, unleash your creativity, and take a break from the everyday. Plus, they’re the perfect excuse to spend quality time with a friend or loved one. There’s something incredibly satisfying about creating something beautiful with your own hands – and we’re here to help you do just that.
